how far will you travel for a wedding or photo session?
I love traveling as much as I love photography. I frequently shoot weddings, events, and portrait sessions throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
That doesn't mean I stay in the tristate area, though. The sky's the limit! I have also done sessions in states as far away as Hawaii! Every situation is different, but I am always open to traveling to help you get the perfect shot.

what is included in your wedding photography packages?
Just like every wedding is different, so are our packages! Each one is designed to fit your unique needs. When we meet for our consultation, we'll go over all your details, including location, timing, and special requests. From there, you'll receive a no-strings-attached, customized proposal of costs.

can we meet before our wedding date?
Absolutely! I love meeting with my couples before their big day for a number of reasons. Most importantly, it helps us all to feel comfortable, familiar, and at-ease when the big day finally arrives. It also gives us time to go over your wedding day schedule in detail, so I am fully aware and prepared for whatever the day may bring. The more prepared I am, the better your images will be!

How soon can we expect to receive our photos?
Generally, you can expect a sneak peek shortly after your big day, and the full set of edited images within a few weeks. Wedding photography will have a longer turnaround time than portrait, family, or maternity sessions, just given the pure volume of images.

I can not rave about Ashlee Emerson Photography or Ashlee Emerson the person enough! Ashlee exceeded all of my expectations when envisioning my wedding day photographer. She was warm and welcoming from our very first conversation! Our first in person meeting was at our engagement shoot and Ashlee immediately made us feel like we had been friends for years! She captured so many authentic, candid moments because of her ability to make us feel comfortable. Her husband, Matt, was also a pleasure to work with! Not only did Ashlee make sure I had everything set for our wedding day photos, she also made sure I, the bride, had everything I needed! She was full of tips and endless comfort!
